Today we talk to Alex. She had a knee injury and mensical tear after a workout. We eventually decided that it was best to send her for surgery. Fortunately she has recovered well and is now back to full fitness and exercise.
She tells us how her knee pain started, how it is was initially misdiagnosed as a hamstring injury and how we were able to get her the correct treatment.
